A truck headed towards Nkayi shopping centre almost plunged into a flooded river when it veered off the road yesterday and landed on its side.
NO injuries were reported after an AUD truck carrying empty beer crates went off the road and almost plunged into the overflowing Shangani River in Nkayi Wednesday night.

The incident happened on Nkayi road.
It appears the truck was heading to Nkayi business centre when the driver drove off the road, went over the curb and almost crushed into the river.
The truck had not yet been lifted earlier today but its crew was still there.
