HARARE — HARARE homes built on wetlands without the local authority's approval are dangling in balance due to heavy rains and might fall anytime pausing a threat to dwellers.
The images below — which show houses being slowly swallowed in wetlands were posted by Harare City Council on its Facebook page on Saturday.

Despite the continued demolition of illegal houses built on wetlands by the local authority, the settlements continue to sprout giving the local authority a perennial headache to deal with the matter.
